Tokkul Shop
You can spend tokkul you have obtained through Fight Caves, Inferno, and general TzHaar PvM at this store, which sells obsidian equipment, ores, and gems, including the uncut onyx.
Completion of the Karamja easy diary will grant a ~13.3% discount on purchasing items, and a ~133% increase in tokkul received when selling items to the shop. The gloves do not need to be equipped.
The tokkul shop is heavily restricted when buying items. Essentially, you can only buy 1 of a particular item per minute, meaning your maximum trip length in minutes, is the maximum number of an item you can buy in 1 trip.
30 min trip = maximum 30 quantity of 1 item.
