Tinkering Workshop
You can start this minigame with the command:

Tinkering Workshop is an invention minigame where you tinker with materials to gain XP and acquire the invention skilling outfit and a materials bag.
The full outfit grants a 4% bonus to invention XP.
All materials have the same reward drop rate, but Junk materials will halve the XP received. All other materials provide the same XP.
